Second round of application HSP Huygens 2007

The Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture & Science has asked Nuffic to administrate a second application round in 2007 for the Huygens Scholarship Programme (HSP).
The second round of applications is worth 3.3 million euros and is exclusively for excellent foreign students looking to study in the Netherlands (HSP Huygens Programme). The target group in the second round is therefore different than in the standard application round. The application deadline for the second round is 15 September 2007.
