About Nuffic Offices

Nuffic’s head offices are situated in The Hague, the Netherlands. We also have a number of offices - Netherlands Education Support Offices (Nesos) - in other parts of the world.
Head office
The head office is where the various scholarship programmes and institutional cooperation programmes are administrated, and where credentials are evaluated. Nuffic also provides information for use in other countries on the type and nature of Dutch higher education, the curricula, diplomas, titles and degrees. Nuffic sometimes makes this sort of information available through a Neso if this can add value.
Nesos
Nesos are Netherlands Education Support Offices, our overseas offices. Their main tasks are the generic promotion of Dutch higher education and the enhancement of cooperation between higher education institutions in the Netherlands and institutions in the Neso regions.
The offices also serve as a channel for information and provide support and liaison for the academic communities of the Netherlands and of the country they are situated in. They provide information and guidance regarding the choice of an international course or programme of education or training.
